Implementing an OSLC provider

In this section, we'll be creating an adapter to add OSLC Change Management support to Bugzilla, an open source Defect Tracking system. Although the Bugzilla adapter is available now as part of Eclipse Lyo, its features and architecture are broadly applicable to any OSLC adaptor that adds OSLC Server support to an existing product.
